This house was the seventeenth that we saw and we just immediately knew that it was the one we wanted when we walked it. The seller had already included the warranty so we didn't have to ask for it, which was nice. The inspection was done last week and the only concern was a support issue with the deck. But some of the differences in translation between the pictures on the web and the homes themselves is pretty wild. Thankfully, we only walked one home that was a turd and it was one that the realtor had selected for us. All in all, it was a great experience.
