Or you can be lame and just press another button which automatically says it for you. :(

Prior to a case, you have a ton of evidence that you examine and you build up a case, of sorts. Then when there's a witness on the stand, you can hold a certain button and speak in the mic "OBJECTION!" (or the other two phrases) when you know that they're lying or that the prosecution is incorrect. Then you gotta show why you objected.
It sounds so much worse than it is. A+ title for the DS, by the way.

mario & luigi: partners in time
both are ing fantastic
and the battery lasts 19 hours on a 4 hour charge.

Haven't played Sonic Rush yet but I've heard great things.
I own Partners in Time. Was EXTREMELY fun to play through it. Unfortunately, there's no real replay value. However, it was a long game. Maybe I'll play it again? Haha.
