haven't posted in a while...i am slightly saddened by forsberg's trade to nashville. i wish he could have just finished his career in Denver and if not there the team that drafted him Philadephia. i can't even express how unhappy i was last saturday gearing up to see forsberg & the flyers against the rangers and being utterly disappointed.
as for the league as a whole, the west is still open for some surprises and hopefully the rangers can get their crap together and make it past the first 4 games of the stanley cup playoffs |

I don't blame him, the Cup is the ultimate prize for most hockey players but I wish he would retire or play where I want him to play...On the flip side if he retired I would be sad to see another one of my favorites throwing in the towel. Maybe he'll come out and tell the world he should be the new GM or President of some team just cause... |

i didn't have a choice, i HAD to go...unfortunately, the most "exciting" part of the game was the first period fight between orr & sheeley. i can't wait for the playoffs but my avs need to get their sh*t together to slid into the last spot in the west. what i'm excited for is tuesday; i expect at least one more crazy trade. |
