Why didn't Miettinen play in the last few games? Was it an injury or.. |

new york - buffalo series is an interesting one to watch, not happy the rangers lost but it's a series and i think they'll play better on friday. watching vancouver-anaheim now and i'm enjoying this but all the scoring action happened in the 1st period...my pick to win the whole damn thing is anaheim because they are too good not to be stanley cup champions, buffalo could meet them in the final though and that would be crazy exciting to watch |
The Rangers are not that good.I really have not liked the way they have played all year and ive been to 5 of they're games. They have been hot and cold.The first series didnt mean anything because i felt that the Thrashers were the worst team in the playoffs.As anyone who watches hockey knows that the record of the team doesnt neccasarily indicate how good then team is.In the case of the Thrashers i felt they got in the playoffs due to they're system and the new rule changes as well as the Rangers benifiting from the rule changes.So when the series comes down to it and the calls are even i think that Buffallo will dominate this series maybe in 4 strait.The Rangers will play better next game after having the layover they had from the sweep.I just think Buffalo has far superior goaltending with Miller and far better young skilled players.Granted Jagr,and Marcel Hosa are playmakers and Shanahan is the sniper.The Rangers will still have to play incredibly every night to beat the Sabe's and like i said before the Rangers are inconcistant at best. |

i've been to ~25 rangers game this season and they HAVE been great and awful. i'm not saying the rangers are going to win the cup because if i seriously thought that i would be slightly dillusional. i DO think they could give buffalo a run for their money in the second round, i could see a game six but anything past that is very very very questionable. my bet is on anaheim to win the whole damn thing |

I feel you on that about the Rangers.I have no problem with the Rangers, id rather see the Rangers than the Devils.Im going out on a limb but i think with all the talent that Ottawa has i think this could be there year.If they get past the Dev's i think they can do it.It will be a great series non-theless.Go Sens!! |

| if you live around the city you should go the rangers viewing party at ziegfeld theater gotta register online though...anyhow yeah senators are tougher than i orginally thought but i don't expect them to win the whole thing. rangers game will be interesting tonight, all a new york city team in the playoffs is good for the nhl so i'm excited to see them be competitive tonight |

Ducks suck but Rangers suck even more. But this is what the NHL wants to see in the finals :rolleyes:

saying a team sucks and not giving justification for such a comment doesn't make sense...if you could explain how they suck i could try to understand why you think this but to just say they suck means nothing |
