Did you think I was gonna laugh or something?

I understood the joke, but it was totally an inappropriate time to use it.

P.S. On a lighter note, I was thinking how funny it would be if I told you guys that all of this was because I let him go up the pooper.

P.P.S. That isn't the case.

Ok, I agree that it was inappropriate. I apologize, provisionally. The provision is that you can't die.

You seem to miss the point as well.

I WENT TO THE ING HOSPITAL STUPID.

They were making me sit and wait there, doing nothing for me, for 5-10 hrs.

So uhh, wtf should I do?

Go home and sleep like I desperately need, or stay in a hospital all night feeling horrible?

well if you're going to go, you might as well go well-rested.

Ok, I really wish you would read what happened before you start making assumptions.

Occrider has a point.

If you came to a logical conclusion that you are indeed dying, based on your medical knowledge and how much pain you were in, there's no ing way you're leaving that hospital.

Unless this is girly exaggeration, but then you'd have to point that out, if you're able. Otherwise you're just pissing people off and making them think you're attention whoring.

Anyway, best of luck.

Dude, I was bleeding from inside, my nose was bleeding, and then I coughed up a bunch of blood.... all at the same time.

I freaked the out. I was bleeding from everywhere and then I nearly passed out. What was I supposed to think? It was a scary experience.

I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL ALREADY!!! Nothing can be done until 5-10 hours from now anyway. I need to sleep.

Meh.

Maybe I am a dumbass and should still be sitting in the hospital feeling so horrible I couldn't stand it.

What did they tell you?? Go home and sleep like you "desperately need"?? Why aren't you sleeping if you're so concerned and your life depends on it?? If it's more serious than you "sleeping" why aren't you back in the emergency room demanding treatment??? FFS you're saying your life is in danger and you're taking pathetic half measures to safe guard it ... unless you're just being an attention whore, which I'm becoming more inclined to believe, wtf is going on??
distant
+1 to occrider.

This reeks of an indecisive "should I, shouldn't I?" attitude. Not good in this situation. Go to sleep, dear. Or go to the hospital. Just make a choice.

Sudden, sharp chest pain.
Shortness of breath.
Chest pain that worsens with deep breathing or coughing.
Coughing up blood.
Rapid heart rate.
Sweating.
Anxiety.

did you experience any of these???

if so then what you have may be

Pulmonary embolism

Pulmonary embolism is sudden blockage of blood flow in an artery in the lung. The blockage (an embolus) can be caused by a blood clot, tumor, amniotic fluid, or fat in the artery.

Blood clots in the deep veins of the leg are the most common cause of pulmonary embolism. A clot may break loose from a deep vein in the leg and travel to a pulmonary artery in the lung, where it can block blood flow.

Pulmonary embolism can be a very serious condition that can result in death.

Pulmonary embolism is treated in the hospital with monitoring, oxygen, and anticoagulants to prevent more blood clots.

...if not then disregard this message xD

How the hell can it be an embolism? If it's a hemorrhage then by definition it can't be an embolism.

Stop using wikipedia to give medical advice.

I don't know what is going on. I got home not too long ago, and I am so freaked out, I just needed to talk to someone. I feel like I need people to talk to me.

At 1:30AM on a weeknight, TA is the only source of alive people.

other people were higher priority than me (babies dying, car accidents), I was bumped down = longer wait time.

The problem with Canadian health care is that there is a phenomenal shortage of doctors. The hospital I went to had ONE doctor working TWO wards.

Theresa, lol, you've been up for 20 or whatever hours. Comfort is not going to help more than sleep or medical aid right now.

I'm not going to sleep if I am laying in bed stressing.

I needed to unwind, and talk to someone about what happened. I am feeling a lot more calm about it now.

I will be going to bed shortly.

Then I wouldn't suggest hanging around Arbiter, occrider and me.

Get well.
