Also know someone this happened too. He/She was banned for a few weeks/months and respectfully told what the consequence of them getting caught again would be. I believe he/she was told they would be turned over to metro. |

I agree the statement is biased, but I have a difficult time understanding how the woman's injuries could be justified as necessary force, particularly if they were outside of the venue.
I hope criminal charges result instead of a law suit. |

| in any case, this brings more attention to the Guv, mainly for the worse. There are some things about that club that turn off a lot of ppl, myself included. I wonder if we will begin to see a change in those things.. |

See I don't think that’s what happend because when the bouncers had to help me, they made me sign a waiver that I left the club on my own will. So that if anything happened to me they weren’t held responsible. So I highly doubt that they would do that to that girl and just leave her there in a pool of blood on the street especially if there were 10 bouncers present.

And Yohan is right we do need to know if it was the bouncers who instigated this or if they were provoked. Because we do go to Guv and if the people who are suppose to make the club safe are doing the opposite they need to be dealt with. I'm sure the owner of Guv doesn't want some roid monkey beating up his patrons for no reason it's just not good for business. |

Honestly, I don't drink! Last time I got drunk was on my b-day in april. Before that I didn't drink for over 2 yrs. But besides the point...you're still a dumbass. |
