perhaps you'd be more comfortable discussing electronic music in non-electronic music forums.
or better yet, join something like a sneaker forum and tell them that their categorizations and discussions of sneaker minutiae are meaningless because 98% of the world doesn't think about sneakers outside of a gym context. |

That's not the issue. If people on a sneaker forum were saying that they want to make sure that every person in the world uses some 'sneaker term' properly that is commonly misused by 98% of people in the world, I'd be saying the same thing. |

Plus the fact that no matter how many times I made the distinction between how the the word is used on this forum and how it is used by the general public, people kept arguing...so apparently there was really no need for anyone to disagree with me.
By the way, Daft Punks show with that pyramid set up and crazy lights and everything was pretty dang cool. Maybe someone should start a thread about it?:crazy: |
