there is nothing wrong with living with ur parents. tho im out in a month. however the house prices and cost of living in toronto is riduclous. I could never afford my own place. My parents house was awesome while I've been here. I pay 600 a month and that comes with all my meals. I pay 600 anywhere else in toronto and id only get a ty basement apartment in some other dudes house anyways. If im going to live in a basmenet apartment Id rather just stay at home at least i got meals with it.

But alas the good Ol days are over. next month ill be in dubai or australia for a year or less. then when i get back ill be on my own, since both my parents have retired and can no longer take the burden of cooking for 3. Plus if theyre home all the time i dont want to be home anyways, and 26 is a good age to get my own apartment.

So they finally cut the umbiliical cord and your mind set is that they are "disowning" you?!

psh. and I havent lived with my parents since I was 16.. so this is going to be hell
my roommate had to go tru the same student visa crap. Toronto is cool but you'd be better off going to a college in the usa where you can make money to gain independents. there lots of areas that have gay communities so move back for a short visit to smooth things over with some family time but start applying for usa schools. thats if you don't want to go crazy.

yeah, dud emy parents house isnt bad. i got a good deal here like i said either i pay 600 bucks and i live in the basement of some paki listening to indian music and baby screams or i pay the 600 and live with moms and dads and have my food with my place. its fine. my parents are cool they dont get in my way, we fight but i mean who doesnt fight with their parents (i've gone toe to toe with my pops before lol). But trust me man you don't know how expensive it is to live in toronto. Price of living is through the roof. for a ty no bedroom studi apartment in toronto to buy your looking at the cheapest $200 000. for a piece of .

And if you want to go down the rental route. Basment apartments start off at 500 bucks a month and thats without anything. after u throw on cable phone hydro and heat ur looking at alot more.

ive got a deal over here. but its abt to end :P

Plus I really have no problem helping the people who helped me out most of my life.

Plus im the baby of the family in an italian home....DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS!?!?!?

My parents weren't charging me rent when I lived with them either :conf:

Anyway, no one is forcing you cats to live in Toronto. You could try a neighboring city :wtf:

Jennie seems to be doing just fine living in the ghetto, you should try it.
