| Hardware will always be better than software. Hardware has warmer sound and rips software synths to pieces. Anyone usin software is wasting their time and life. |

you were explained wut warm sound is, even order harmonics. So if your using suftsynths you should just quit and buy some hardware |

Okay, we'll go with "lots of even harmonics" as the definition of "warmth." Now you can explain why a hardware VA would have more even harmonics than a softsynth.
This should be good. |

yeah hardware has more voices of polyphony, meaning more information will come through than your typical softsynth |

Do you even know what a harmonic is? LOL. It's an integer multiple of the fundamental frequency. The number of voices being used has exactly nothing to do with the distribution of harmonics. And anyway, a lot of today's softsynths can easily match the number of voices of hardware. |

If hardware is better than software, then how come my TS404 sounds better than that ole busted TB303?
Here is a sample i made, of a 303 and a 404, both using the same default settings.

First is 303, second half is 404. Press the play button above the download button. |
