This was my first BeB and it was good. The party really warmed up when Markus hit the decks. Played harder than I expected too. A&B were too soft, but I kind of expected that too. Their set was too soft and smooth for my taste. Armin was also harder than I expected, but that actually disappointed me somewhat. I love the hard stuff but I was hoping for more tunes I recognized.
I didn't visit the House room much at all. The few times I did it just seemed too slow, especially compared to the Trance room. Sounds like I might have enjoyed Calderone.
The sound quality from the front of the stage to about the middle-front in the Trance room was nearly unlistenable. I don't know how people danced there all night, it was 95% bass and 5% distorted mid-range. I spent the whole night by the left speaker and the sound was pretty good.
Note to BeB organizers: Next time don't allow people to enter with drums or any other instrument for that matter. I spent the whole night adjusting my location to make sure I was outside tam-tam range. Yech.
Overall a positive experience! I stayed until 10:30... I'm still a bit tired... |

u summed it up...
i maintain eric prydz next year for BEB
instead of deadmau5 ( who should, indeed, die )
so disappointed by the house room .. so disappointed ..
highlight of my night : slipping on a used condom (WTFFFFFFF), grabbed whatever was in my sight not to fall, ended up being some guys tshirt, tore that while falling, and ran away from the fag who seemed to be turned on by the circumstances
ing sausage barbecue ... i thought marecons preferred trance .. |

Oh yea one BIG turnoff seeing ppl ed up on acid, it's probably one of the ugliest sights. I hope these consumers realize how nasty they look like when they are on it.
Please don't ing do that, its so last century.
