Anti-Jew Movement (pg. 8)

I think its a semetic thing. Alot of arabs are like this too. They're motto is an eye for an eye, not turn the other cheek. I've seen this when ive talked to alot of hardcore muslims (arabs) or jews, they are very vengeful.

Personally i think its ridiculous. from both sides. (thats why i hate what these religions have done to people).

I remember talking to this old jewish guy one time. i told him, "i'd love to visit israel one day, it seems so beautiful, the beaches the scenery the history etc."

then he asked me where i was from, i told him i am from egypt. He said to me "I would never go there." i asked why. He simply said "because your people enslaved mine thousands of years ago."

I started to laugh and told him we were conquered by persians, romans french greeks nubians lol.

he didnt seem to care and was resentful still.

This is simply one senario, i do not want to generalize. Some Arabs are the same when they talk about jews. and i hate it. Whenever i talk to arabs and they give me this attitude, i immediately defend the jews.

The point is people need to move on. It has nothing to do with your generation now. Move forward in society and dont lement on the past. history is history.

You don't just get rid of that stuff because you get rid of a tattoo.

I like the guy, but as you can see from his latest post, he really doesn't understand. I never experienced it, but man, I don't want to go to war in general, let alone go through what they did.

One of my good friends is from Israel, and he totally agrees. They are constantly trying to get each other back for the ups. As if that is going to end the war.

Oh no, that I totally agree with. I won't skip Germany on my trips to Europe based on principal. I don't think that anyone should be vengeful and hateful and hate later generations for mistakes their parents parents made. However, I think erasing something to "forget" is wrong. Never forget. That's when things get repeated.

and Nrg2Nfinit, I always see your point of view :) As I hope you see mine

Obviously i can only be sympathetic. It hasn't happend to me. But there has to come a generation where people must move on. Maybe it will be yours or the next generation.

you are definatley correct though you wont forget. I guess trying to put a positive spin (ie reduce the memories) on something like this is very difficult, and its a choice that must be made by the person themselves.

if anything, i think the blacks should be the most sensitive about racial jokes and are justified. afterall there were still separate bathrooms and water fountains in the 60s and 70s:wtf: not that long ago.. the jew was ages ago and it's kinda ok to laugh about it now. i had a german jew great grandfather who came to US during the hitler ...or right before it.

hmmm... I'm not sure that the 20 years difference between having to use a black only bathroom and millions of people being systematically executed because of their ethno-religious lineage is enough time for the former to be considered taboo and the later to be joke-worthy... especially in light of the the later's much greater severity.

Well its not like you could get the blacks into a shower....it only works once in history.

No offense man, but you didn't experience it. You can tell stories all you want, but there is no replacement for being there.

Well i heard them from someone who did experience it first hand. And getting my grandfather to post here so you could hear them first hand would be quite a task.

Right, it doesnt erase the memories, I never claimed that it does either. My grandfather still remembers every bullet that hit him, even though they were removed half a century ago. But thats not the point. The point is usually a person woudnt want to dwell on such things for an extended period of time. Whie the memories remain its your own damn fault if you surround yourself with triggers that bringing said mamories to from all the time. You say your grandparents have nightmares every single night. Well then ffs make them stop whining about it and actually do something about it. If it was me, after 50 years of constant nightmares, i would try practically anything for a good night of sleep, and the first thing would be, getting rid of anything that reminded me of what in went trough on a daily basis.

Also something else to note. Youre not special, your grandparents are not special and in general being jewish doesnt make you speacial. Jews were not the only ones to suffer during the war, and jewish survivors are not the only ones that came out of it with regular nightmares about it. I dobt anybody that was involved got out without being seriously scarred for life, and when i say anybody i mena people on both sides. Everybody ing suffered because of those years, nobody got out unharmed, so to see any single person or group singled out because their suffering was apparently worse than anybody elses...well that just makes me...well not exactly angry but i certainly dont approve of it.

I'm gonna have to agree with Moral.

Not being able to pee in the same stall as a white man.......... vs everyone being slaughtered in a gas chamber or simply being executed etc etc...............

I think #2 wins.

Sorry black people, you may not have had your rights (but neither did women) but slavery ended a loooooooooooooooooooooong time ago. PS it was your own people that sold you to the white man.

chach
I <3 big noses

I never said I was special.

I said you were an ignorant schmuck because you think that by removing a tattoo you can stop nightmares.

Stop talking, the more you talk - the stupider (if that is even possible) you look.
