how? seems reasonable to me... you dress a certain way u get a certain response. Not saying its right or wrong on the guys behalf. But people are naive if they think they can dress any way without getting a certain response.
Walk around wearing a suit and see if u get a different reaction and different treatment than if you were to walk around in a tshirt.
Slutty dressed girls are no different.

Dressing 'sexy' doesn't necessarily mean dressing 'slutty'. Some women can manage to look sexy while still looking classy and respectable. I <3 that.
Slutty attire attracts the exact thing the girls who dress like that claim not to be looking for: Creeps and slimeballs who will treat you like a slut. Not to say sluts, hookers, whores, etc. deserve to be raped.
