1 million litres per day is ing epic :nervous:
Latest reports are if they start drilling a new one to stop the existing one, the realistic timeframe for that is 3 months. Ouch. |

Sure is...just imagine thats enough to power an average oversized american made SUV for almost a week. A few days more perhaps if one is light on the gas pedal. |

well it wont
I have a large portion of my portfolio invested in the future price of oil right now.
crude oil supplies in the states have been recently increasing about 15 million barrels per week (including imports).
its leaking at most 10,000 barrels a day.
Anyways back on topic, its a horrible disaster. I dont know what the best preventative measures to stop it are. I heard burning it all, and diverting the leakage elsewhere. |

huge selloff today in BP

its probably great to short this one. Once it hits land they are going to be paying a hefty deductable as the cleanup will be more expensive.
They are predicting about 7 million dollars a day for cleanup costs. |

So, basically, I have you to thank for over-sold barrels of oil causing gas prices to rise to exorbitant amounts of money. At last, a target for my impotent rage; even though you're just a small link in a rather large chain. IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!! FEEL MY RAGE!! |
