i warned people many times not to go to insomniac events. is anyone listening? it pisses me off people go to these events and have the same complaints afterward. if you go to any insomniac event, just accept to be ass raped.

many people on this board do drugs. a few years ago, they were talking. i am not sure if they ran out of shroooomz or they realized they are losers. imagine doing drugs for 5 years and going nowhere and living like a rat all those years. one guy said people at the clubs are old and slow. well, they are all 21 years old. they just did drugs and their brain and body is damaged now. that's why they are like a zombie. i was asking like an idiot where the good girls are. of course, they are not here.

do you need someone to tell you something is bad or good? there are books, tv, ads tell you drugs are bad. ultimately, we make our own decisions. we might be influenced by outside in a short term but in the long term it is our decision. when we pick up something, we look at cons and pros. if the cons overweight, we don't do that. i am not sure any drug user do it hoping that it will fk them one day. once they realize they are fked it is too late. yesterday, a crackhead was asking me for a bill. his story was he was a veteran. on christmas, he is jesus. take this guy and show him to all drug users, see if they touch it again.

when i saw the picture of the crowd (at that time i didn't even know about any problems) , i told to myself i won't survive there more than 7 seconds. how did my mind come with that figure? it looked at the crowd size, it knows it is 99% drug ridden, it knows how insomniac treats people. since there is no way i could get out in 7 seconds, i would not even get into that crowd.

it might be easy to say don't do drugs. people do it because they have void. they are patching their void. insomniac, government, drug and gun dealers all know this and they are taking advantage of people. if you don't want people do drugs, you have to help people to fill their void with something else. unfortunately, there are not enough sources. so, you have to knowingly loose some part of the society.

now that that dead girl's friends are known doing drugs, their parents will ground them, some of them will stop, some of them will continue. eventually, the world is about the survival of the fittest. you have to leave weaks behind.

exactly. Like i said i dont have any pitty for those who die on drugs. they are called so for a reason. i dont care if you do them or not. call them part of the music culture or not. Whatever. But the costs are solely on the individual. Looking for who to blame is how society today is run and it is very sad. parents and society never want to blame the individual. Everyone is looking for some form of assistance when something happens. We had three students during the years i was in high school commit suicide on the train tracks. All people kept looking for was excuses - parents harsh on grades, education system too rigorous, friends bullying, etc. Sure there might be a chemical imbalance for some people, but in general all the media tried to do was not point on the real responsibility because we as a society are too dependent on others - and blame the other when something goes wrong. pathetic in my opinion. We as human beings are Rationally ignorant. The girl in this case took the benefit of doing the drug as greater than the cost. Insomniac didnt do the calculation for her, the parents didnt, the music didnt. it was all her. and the story should end with all the blame on her. sorry if i sound harsh but its the truth the media dares not say to come off looking ignorant. but there is a difference between ignorance and rationally ignorant.

crap don't got to any EDM events period. Unfortunately, when this music era gets put on the books, drugs will be the one thing that taints. 50 years from now when you open your college music appreciation books... you'll see an insomniac banner, and Tiesto with a thizz face.. dang..!!! oh yeah i forgot and lil john on a mic... pft.. still pissed of about that.

barf. you are the one working for them. it is your job to kiss their behind. you pimp the events beforehand and disappear afterwards.

i went to 1st insomniac event 5 years ago or so. you might not be born then. a few minutes after i entered i saw how security treated kids. and i said, i won't let anyone treat me like this. nothing has changed since. i need to be really dumb to give a benefit of doubt after all these years. i wasn't at EDC, but i know everything people are talking about. since it happens at every event.

some people might be naive to think drugs are brought from outside. but, even as gays complain, security checks your balls. but, once you enter 50 yards from the security, people are tossing drugs. how does that happen? people are saying they tipped $10-$20 to get onto field. it makes sense for security allow drugs for a few donations too.

cops are saying more than 100 people are arrested and most of them were drug dealers. drug dealers work in packs. they are not going to carry a bag of drugs. if 100 arrested for selling drugs, it means there were 500 drug dealers. there is a reson you don't want these events called raves. because you know parents won't allow their kids.

see, 1 death might be just a 0.0001%. but, 100s of people taken to hospital which means 1000s of people were sick. add that to at least 100 drug dealer, percentages are adding up.

let's be honest. these events are drug fueled. if you take drugs out, there won't be raves, there won't be insomniac. don't be dumb to expect insomniac put banners that says "no drugs allowed". it won't happen. if they don't allow drugs on LA grounds, they will take it to somewhere drugs are allowed.

one thing that i am glad going to these events is i won't let my kids go. you may be able to fool other parents but not me.

i wrote more than a year ago or so, i said the crowd was the trashiest ever and it will get even worse. i did not attend to any event since then and i am done with this scene.

Seriously? All you do is bitch. No one gives a . You must not ever go out to listen to music because every one of your complaints apply to all EDM events, be them raves, "festivals", or clubs. None of the EDM clubs in LA would exist if drugs were seriously cracked down on.

The one in 1999 was the last EDC I would ever go too and that was 11 years ago (when they were still fun)

that's the point i was trying to make. they have been around for a long time. it is not like their 1st or 2nd event so they stumbled. if they wanted to change things, they could. they are doing the same thing for ages, the only way they can get away with it is to bring kids.

things were better 5 years ago. i was assuming things were even better 10 years ago. that's another generation. i am guessing scene is totally different now.
