Anyone ever had ostrich steak? It has more of the consistency of beef than of any kind of poultry, but I ordered it medium rare and it was still rather chewy.

I always ask for medium rare, but I've noticed a lot of variety in what you actually get when you ask for it. I don't like it rare to the point of being rubbery.
