| My dad is from the old shool of growing up and having parents and grandparents cook every last drop of moisture out of a piece of meat. I've tried to show him the light but he is too set in his ways. A few years ago we took some clients to Del Frisco's (Jay has pry been there in his Orlando days).... he ordered a filet well done AND butterflied. Then he asked for A-1. I wanted to crawl under the table. Ever since then, I handle those types of dinners by myself... lol. |

Del Frisco's is the bomb.com - easily the best steak I've ever eaten in a restaurant. |

First-world problem. In Peru, everyone eats it well-done. It's a cultural thing, I assume.
