Already done this afternoon, he's on "the list"

L4C and I disagree on many things, especially "music that is good," but he's completely right in this regard....

My biggest problem is that I have no idea how to promote myself and I feel like a dick whenever I try. I think I need some self confidence. I've been trying to rely on getting releases with labels to get promotion but I think I need to start getting myself out there.

i think you have the skill part. Well a few more years but you are young. Start making a plan. Where you will be in 2 years , 4 years. I do think that you should stop releasing so that when you are there, you have that inertia of what the , where did this guy come from. You aren't making coin and you should really just keep it under wraps until its ready. Or develop another artist name. Seandroid is cool but like change something to german.

And using the ignore list means you have no balls or discipline to ignore on your own behalf. Man up. I mean i could understand if like i was making fun of the blacks every 2nd post but 99% of everything I say could be true.

There are people who like to take the piss in a mild sort of funny way. And there are people who are just plain s 24/7 as they are frustrated or jealous, L4C is one of them, together with his sidekicks....

You might not want to "go there" but you are "getting there". If you want to dislike people on this forum, that's your business, but you're volunteering that information and making some insinuations about people that, because they disagree with you and/or happen to value L4C, put them in an unflattering light. This whole notion that he has "sidekicks" is just ludicrous. In a previous post, you say that he's narcissistic. With as many remarks as you've made that seem to indirectly attack people's perceptions of self and their relationships in this forum, I'd suggest that such a loaded term, like narcissism, is a bit misplaced in the context of your rather obvious and manipulative strategy against L4C.

I think ignoring is like a new thing people learn when they have parents that like treat their kids like people. You didn't do your homework , your grounded ! Honestly, just slap me over the noggin and be done with it. It is so passive aggressive. And gay. Like if I was gay and i was giving a guy a blow job and he called me mike, i would say like Timon, talk to the hand because the ear is to queer for your unfierce 2010 style wearing bitch. And then i would go get myself a frappucino and hang out with Jaybear and talk about how we are such bitches. Honey, you and me, we are such bitches. Right in front of Bill Oreilly.

Looks like we have a lot of broken heart people over here, damn it guys, I wasn’t my goal to do that.

I can definitely see and feel a lot of immaturity and childishness in good portion of those comments but I also know that people have different opinion and take on this subject and this is how it should be.

From my perspective, I fell that there is still a lot of money to be make, either directly or indirectly and with good mind set and business approach we/I can definitely take a part of this “profit sharing” process.

I’m probably one of the most mature (old lol) member on this site and went through live with some proud and less proud parts of it and I know that everything is possible if you surrender yourself with right people and right mind set and the only limitation is, if you stick long enough and work hard enough with your plan/dream to achieve what you after, so guys cut all that talking crap and do something if you want to be part of this changing culture in music industry -> let make it begins .

Cheers,

Darek

Ok, let's just totally bypass the fact, why we are where we are.
just look back the last 2 to 3 years to any reaction from L4C to me or many others on the forum. It's just pure insulting and utter e and after ignoring it for a long time, even asking him via PM why he does this, the guy just can't stop. And i'm no longer putting up with his crap, not to me or to anyone else. I find it even more idiotic that others find this normal behaviour.

the biggest hurdle is just accessibility. People don't know what track it is they are hearing. Djs are kinda douche bags for that. It is changing, the smart djs do podcasts where it isn't just a straight mix but a bit of everything. A mini mix. Then talk about a release, play it. MOst people don't like dj mixes. it is the only genre in the world that seems to have to be mixed in 1 hour of straight music. Djs need to start doing what djs are supposed to do. actually promote. That is what i don't get. I mean especially considering most djs are using the tracks illlegall, at least make it idiot proof so that your podcast has the tracks imbeded with a link where to buy it.

And raphie, i won't deny my bedroom manners need polishing but jesus christ. Alfi , Eddie , thebritish all give it to me and its all in good fun. And i don't insult you that much. I have an opinion on your skills and i find it funny that you went from producer to mastering engineer skipping the mixing bit and I Raphie is just well, its like just begging for abuse.

Darek, it's not you man, or your topic.
The topic is just another charter for him to do "his thing"

And he either commits to stop getting "personal" to people including myself, or i'll just go and be another one that bites the dust.

For me this is not about "winning" or "loosing" but i'm just sick of this guy.

i am looney4clooney. I kinda change how I post based on the kinsey gay index of the given name. MAdforbrad was just ting rainbows.

See i wish i would be wrong more. I don't understand why Raphie gets upset. Being wrong means you learn. Being right means you wasted 10 minutes. I don't know , i bet his favourite ice scream is like frozen yogourt vanilla. I don't deny i don't grant him the same respect level as i would say Rann or Eddie because well, i don't know , i just kinda think he is the type of person to like put away the cocaine because he just lost park avenue in a game of monopoly where the winner gets to hit the looser with a hammer. Its taking the ball home but my flawless strategy was because the coke was making me think like I should be a business man so you've ed my game and the models are going to leave. Great job. We had a sexy party going on and now you made us dorks playing a game on a friday night. Nice.

Yeah, I'm hearing you man, one thing for all of you guys here on TA site: more crappy comments you guys make then more irreverent you become in this community so pick your fight carefully and seriously consider consequences - this is what I can suggest/share with you all and I always follow this philosophy myself.

Cheers guys,

Darek
