Ah, that is a rich and cogent point, too. Returning vets in China who have experienced the thorough embroilment that their country is currently waging in armed conflicts across the globe are killing themselves at double the rate of their civilian counterparts, have much higher instances of depression, substance abuse, domestic violence occurrences and various other social maladies to which the comparison to those American sods is nothing but très riche. It IS just as bad, and it's rich because rich. |
