Although I'm missing being able to do whatever I want (as long as it doesn't involve leaving the house or interacting with other humans), I am enjoying being back at work far more than I thought I would. It's nice to feel like there is still a real world out there. Just ringing my colleagues up and having a whinge and a laugh about irritating projects coming up made me feel an enormous sense of relief.

With that said, I'm hideously unproductive at home. The jobs are mounting up like Tetris blocks at the moment.

It sounds crazy, but try fasting when working at home. Production curbs thoughts of hunger and i actually find myself feeling more clearheaded fasting as well. Work is from home, covid or not here. Another good trick is having someone you want to escape from also in the home during the hours you want to slay .

My current fear is losing all the money I've won in the stock market in the last few weeks. It's been a roller coaster ride. Should've cashed out the villa in Ibiza.

It was raining money last week. I made 10k on my 1k investment. This week I'm down 6k. First time playing the market. It's fun learning and chatting with other retail investors. Bunch of idiots lol.

Still up but . Idk whether I'm high more from the profits or the dopamine hits. On top of that I've been stacked with work and dealing with the six-week growth spurt.

Works for me. Used to eat breakfast first thing after working out. Now I wait until early afternoon after I've finished my workday.

Oh yeah, have been grateful this whole time for work. Was chatting with a coworker who has two young kids, asking how the she does it, because I am stretched thin with just one. She laughed and said "Wine. And I come to work an hour early just to sit in the parking lot and be alone."

If I didn't want that sleep I would do it too.

I've been essentially doing Ramadan for the last 6 weeks (except i can obv drink water, coffee and smoke weed) and limiting my daily caloric intake to 1500 a day (normally around 2600 a day is the maintain weight allowance for my size) until i hit my target. Around 5 or 6 it gets the hardest, so I go play basketball. I consume all my calories at 8. 1500 is not much for a day, but it makes for one hell of an enjoyable whatever the i want to eat meal.

I won't do it forever, but that hunger starts to feel good sometimes when you learn to manage it and know that a dip is temporary if you just will trough it. Also highly suggest testogel for max raw powah.

Never took you for a bag holder. Sell high, buy low. Bro.

Are you still in China then, Jay? Or did they throw you out? It must be getting hard to find a country where the authorities don't want to speak to you.
Dykes_on_Jay
Been out of China since garlic peeling.

If only you knew how much you're likely right haha. But the same can be said for half of London and by proxy Grand Cayman.

Also lol at a blog writing digital nomad giving stock tips. In the old circles, we called those fempats.

Hey, I'm the guy who bought bitcoin when it was $3 per. I'm just still waiting to cash in on that .

And look at the world now. Buncha digital nomads with no compass. I've always been ahead of my time, son.

If you want to be ahead of the curve, move to Mexico next. Not kidding either. The world is about to go on the last shift towards protecting their supply chains, as well as moving them closer to home. That doesn't mean reopening factories in Canada and America, no matter what any vote collector might say. SEA as a whole is already beginning to approach capacity. It only took a year for "small" countries (100m ppl) like Vietnam to be unable to further accept production diverted from China to escape the tariffs that will only rise moving forward. There is your "buy low, sell high".
