i have no idea what ur comparing as my sound from few years ago has changed alot. the only thing still lacking is final sound quality

Hey there - nothing too special for mastering on my tracks, just a Waves Q8 and a TC PowerCoreCL (that's the "vintage" Compressor/Limiter plugin that comes with the Poco). Before that I used izotope - same stuff really, just a CPU hog, which is why I switched to the Poco plugin. I ditched the multiband compressors, exciters, and most other mastering tools after realizing that they were becoming a crutch.
But as I often say in the production forum, it's really about having a clean mix; mastering just makes it louder and sharpens or softens a bit. I don't pretend to have a 100% spotless mix but I'd say it's certainly improved over the months/years. :) |

Well you are the most supreme TOTA? Im sure you can get the set. And no one is forcing you to do anything if you dont want to...hehe

no man the track is DJ promo only for now, if I was able to give you a link I would, and since if he ever puts a link on darude's website at least the set will have track names for you to know what other tracks are on it as well if you do find it. Hope this helps.

Anyways I'm currently working majorly on collabs with Sunquest; you can hear clips here.
I've been working on some solo stuff on the side as well, but haven't had much time to devote to it lately - so I won't be posting anything just yet. ;) |
