K ive been workin out for a bit now, and Ive gone from 145 to 170. Im not pleased with where I am, and I want your opinions on what is disproportionate, non existant, what needs work. What strikes you first? Some of you are going to see this as me showing off, but if youve ever lifted a weight youll know that unless youre arnold, you aint got a perfect body, and I aint even close! Too many people have good bodies for me to think that vainly about myself lol. So, seriously, what needs work?
Relaxed front (w/riding boxers woot)
Semi-relaxed half curl (face cropped due to stupidty of look)
and the classic "thinker" (sorry about blur)
literally, tear it apart, I want criticism. |

well...i won't on you, but this is what i think...
of course everything needs work, but this is what i would work on...
where are your legs (literally i can't judge them hehehe)...most people don't care about them, but people look stupid with a large upper body and no legs...
it looks like you have some good arm and shoulder developing, but you need more pec and lat...
you seem to be naturally lean, but you need to do more abs. you definitely need more ab definition...emphasis on lower abs and obliques...
i can't really tell much about your arm other than your bicep...just make sure you do triceps too and people often neglect their forearms... |

;) thanks floor, yeah the legs I hate. I work them out like mad, but I run all the time. They are rock solid and defined, but the running keeps em skinny! Argh! haha.
Yeah, the whole thing that sparked this was I couldnt tell if my pecs really were too small, or if my arms were too big or what. More pecs it is. So I guess thats another Q. Do my arms look too bog for my body or my body to small for my arms. I just dont know how Im gonna get all pumped out...
I can never tell, and my parents arent a whole hell of a lot of help (ohh you look fine) |

well when i look at you i try and think about what i looked like around the same stage in it. the thing that really stands out for that is that i had more, rounder pecs then you (but of course there could be other things envolved like genetics :conf:) and better abs (and probably better legs always a fav of mine hehehe ;)). but you don't really look funny just underdeveloped. give yourself another year or so and you'll start to fill out a little better. |
