| It still amazes me how Canadians accept weed into their society, and talk about it so freely. It's so taboo out here in the US, especially LA. |

| ^^ COPS is freaky. We just turn things down a little here. But knowing some people from LA I doubt its taboo (or they dont care). |

| Nog, weed is talked about freely pretty much everywhere among us stoners... However it is accepted more here in Canada than in the States overall. |

Ya, that's what I meant. Don't get me wrong, there are manyyyy people here in the states that smoke and get high everyday, but it's just more common in Canada, and u don't get looked down upon as much. |

hahha nice!! Well then, u must know about the D.A.R.E (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) programs when u were still in grade school.
It's just that if anyone gets caught with weed in the US, depending on how old u are and how much weed u have in possesion with u, u can get arrested, pay a huge fine, do community service for months, and even spend time in jail!! The laws are very strict here, when it comes to weed or any other kind of drug for that matter. |

People in the U.S can go to jail for weed and get a longer sentance then some people who have been charged for manslaughter.
I can agree with the war on drugs in most aspects, but as far as marijuana goes it should be legalized. It would save MILLIONS of dollars, the guv could tax it and young people who are only guilty of having a good time could have a clean record/no jail time. I could write a friggin novel about this but those are just a few minor points. |
