It was a special...HBO, I think..."An Evening with Kevin Smith". I'd love to find a copy somewhere. It's actually a collection of clips from different appearances at various U.S. college campuses, if I remember right.
He is the GREATEST STORYTELLER EVER! I was *dying* at some of his stories, lol...I'm sooooooooo pissed that I missed him here in Toronto (sometime last year, I think?)
His story about working (sort of) for Prince is ing hillarious. |

so i get home from work today and check out this thread. keepin it alive i see. then i hear a ring of the doorbell. who could it be but almost all the stoner friends i have who all seem to know the rents are on holidays and long gone. so we pile into the garage and to my suprise they all brought there own blunt. omg i said. now im typing at about 3 words per minute taking breaks to make sure i spelt everything right. one of very few times that pot would probly keep me from driving anywhere. plus i just noticed that kool-aid smiley up there. "jokes" oh yeeeaaahhhh!!! you ever look in the mirror and your eyes are so red it looks like your rabid. thats me right now. 756-1111. call pizza pizza hey hey hey. the marco v is soundin good right now. tempted to go to guv saturday and see em live.

That is what it was.. and yes you are totally right.. he is fcuking hilarious! If I ever come across it I will let you know.. I know they showed it on the movie channels about a year ago now and stupid me caught it on the last airing and didn't have a tape to record with :whip: |

i went to the record shop today after work and they had that kevin smith standup dvd there. im sure if you had a look at a few shops and checked out all the standup dvd's you'd find it no problem. i ended up buying trailor park boys fourth season instead. green bastard rules. speaking of green.......back to the garage i go.
