Matt Darey was at his top of his game producing real epic trance.
He used very similar beat formulas but produced tunes which clearly were different from each other. Each tune had a beautiful magic spark to them
EX:
NightCrawlers-Never knew Love(matt darey remix)
Gigolo-Al PAradiso (matt darey remix)
M3-Bailamos
Gabrielle-RIse(matt darey)
GO listen to those tunes...similar formula but gorgeous sprinkle of pure talent
Lets flash forward to 2004
Derek howell is a producing Genious
Similar Prog Dreamy Breaky Formula but complete perfection and finetuning to never allow a rehashed melody like those McProg CHeeseHeads.
