Very nice CD. Another musical journey from Tiesto. All haters can say all they want but Tiesto is taking it to the next level where Oakie left off and for those who call him cheesey and selling out to mainstreme. Why are we the only ones that should listen to the best and beautiful music - TRANCE.....

Yeah, I just looked at dancegrooves.com. Its like 87 bucks there.

I noticed that too when I ordered my copy but that price is for the full ISOS set, 1-4. You can buy just ISOS4 alone on dancegrooves.com via this link:

yeah, that's what i thought aswell. it's still a very good compilation, but it moved away from the isos feeling with harder and uplifting stuff that just doesn't sound right. the mixing is a bit off on places, so i think i won't buy that one but i will definitely get the vinyl samplers if they will be available.
The Darklord
Tijs surprised me. The 2 CD's were quite good. Not astonishing, but still good.

The 2nd half of CD 1 is too reminiscent of Markus-esque proggy sound including a number of songs Markus spins. Not really that interesting to me. But I love the opening 6 songs and especially Coca & Villa - La Noche. Again, hate Arcadia and guess what... it's on ASOT 2005 and Markus' Miami. Oh joy! Overall though, this is pretty good, 8/10.

CD 2 seems to have too much filler but it's still decent. Mostly, I like the first and last songs. 6/10

The mixing from song 1 to 2 on CD 2 is absolutely horrendous. It's extremely abrupt and reminds me of Blank & Jones live. Mixing of songs 3 to 4 on CD 1 is just horrendous too. Mixing gets an D-
djdust
quality compilation.

some of the transitions were eh... but still, a good buy.

i have to say its great, i love cd 2 allot and you all know cd 1 kicks major but. only thing i did not like about disc one was the 2 ending tracks did not fit well with each other.

you guys never heard Tijs his older mix cds i assume?? on Innercity99 he also had these very short transitions and actually i like it very much, it helps maintaining a constant flow :)

after listening alot to the both cd's i actually think the album is very good. Cd1 just freaking rocks till arcadia, the 5 tracks on cd2 are also mindbliss, after that cd2 gets a bit boring :)

I'm old school man, I know. But there's quick and then there's nonexistent mixing. Most trance transitions are quick to some degree but there's no degree on a few spots here. Still, I like the CD's.
