It's not up to Amazon to release the cd though. They just post the dates the record companys give them, and any number of things can (and often do) happen that cause them to push back the release. |

NO! YOU'RE ALL WRONG!
Well considering Tiesto has a whole opening night planned with tickets sold and a guarentee that you can buy the CD there and CONSIDERING this is on the 29th of April and the release date is on May 10, I can believe that the CD will be released as planned. My worry though is:
(1)When the hell will a retail store like in Canada (Victoria more importantly) get it in stock (not online). I hope the actual HMV store gets it in stock on May 10.
and
(2) How the will I be able to resist the temptation from DLing a copy on the night of April 29 when the people that attended the party bought it and ripped it and share it. |

Well IMO it's ok if you DL it as long as #1 you don't share it and #2 you actually buy the CD when it is available to you (and then delete the DLed copy).
But I'm wondering... why is it a problem to order it online? Are you that impatient to wait? |

| Well, if I order online, will it be shipped on the 10th or would it be shipped in a way to somewhat arrive at my doorstep at around 10th of May. Either way, I think it's quicker, sometimes cheaper and more satisfying to buy from a store itself. I only order CDs online when I have to when they are (a) not available in stores in my area or (b) ridiculously expensive in stores. eg, I ordered bloom and don't look now from ebay for relativly cheap prices mint and sealed. |

I agree. i download stuff all the time that i own or will own on vinyl or on cd. Its just alot faster than ripping it myself, and then i can listed to it on my computer without messing around with the cd. |
