I agree with all that you have said here. My only disagreement was with regard to the statement that their motivation was to trying to create a muslim world... it isn't so much that they want to convert the world as it is that they want to preserve what they currently have. They are not as much imperialists as they are retaliators to a perceived threat. |

Thats definitely a debatable point :) The Civil War was about alot of things, including states rights and land. Though religion was absent from the main talking points, some people are as fervent about policy and government as others are about religion. |

communism is a very government-controlled political system. as a matter of fact, believe it or not, howerver horrific a historical person stalin was, there was virtuallly no organized crime during his rule, and i doubt there would be any terrorist attacks if he were to rule a country today. given that, his crimes against humanity were many and sparse:( |
