omfgggggg SO MUCH FUN TODAY!!!!!! matt, i'm so glad you came with us today, you're ing awesome. and damn we were so proud of you so doin so good your first time evar!!!
brian and me were basically laughing the whole day through, i think we're like 2 peas in a pod. :tongue2
i can't wait to do this again!!! err..well i just gotta wait til my quads don't burn like a mofo everytime i stand up :wtf:

sorry i was dead tired last night
didnt sleep the night before lols (pls hold the fetish comments)
and i asked luna and taub if they can be ready by 8am, geez talk about being prompt! They were both in the city up and armed at exactly 8:00am i was impressed! then on the mountain, the first 2 runs were FUN well for me cuz i was coaching them through the basic concept and i got to see many wipeouts. it was glorious
i must comment though, for first timers, both d and matt held their own, every chance i thought they'd give up, NOPE, right back out for another run. had a great mini-lunch break at the lodge and out we went again.
took them all the way to the top and tested them on a green trail
both took some time but there was one point from the middle of the mountain that both of them just kept on going, talk about being impressed
as we neared the end of the day we decided to take one more lift up in a 4 person chair, me matt and d and keep in mind the lines were pretty long at this point, so we filter in and walla we are next we skate forward and the lovely luna stumbles and falls right at the line, matt and i reach back to hold the chair from dragging her and the chair begins to push us, then the overhead bars starts to fall and cracks me and matt in the head - what a fiasco we were, i ended up at the bottom of the gondola lift, had to unclip and walk back up. it was great because the chairs stopped for about a good 10mins hahah and everyone was watching us, it was wonderful!
great times! we must do it as a group, a TA Snowboarding Trip will be memorable! |

i want to go back!!!! It was soo much fun.
Got to learn to get of the lift without falling though, i think thats was the thoughest part...fell all 6 times!
Daniella and Brian lets do it again sometime soon pleaseeeeee

LOL. i'm Still cracking up about me falling off the gondola lift.. :stongue: :stongue: :stongue:
i'm So down to go again asap.. and i'm so fukkin pissed that i woke up today with a sore throat and the chills... :wtf: damn.. i'm quite sore.. but just a general all-over kind of hurt, recovering pretty fast tho, thankfully.. what about you brian & matt?
so when else is everyone available? i go back to work on jan 3rd so i'm good anytime before then... i'm definitely going boarding on sat. january 7th right after grad school orientation... can we say nighboarding?! :eyespop: :disbelief :nervous: let the games begin.. i hope i get the balls to hop in the halfpipe.. but i wanna go again before the new year if possible!!!! |

peapod1 i am down whenever, i was considering going on friday since im off, anyone else interested?
the main issue with going boarding is there aren't enough rides and people with boards take up seating room (hence the roof rack essential for boarders) Just count me in, let me know who, when, where, and I'll coordinate my schedule to fit

sounds good chin..night or day boarding? 30th is my brother's birthday but usually he goes out with his buddies so i'm gonna check with him in a bit what his plans are...
