it's a 'supplement', meaning that you can use it as a supplementation to primary treatment. Obviously, a supplement such as 5-HTP will not treat illnesses such as depression on its own. |

Can anyone suggest what hotel would be the best for BEB ? I've visited MTL a few times and stayed different hotels soo not sure which one would be best for BEB (cost, proximity to beb, partying)
any info would be great :)

| lots of n00bs usually go for the Holiday Inn Select b/c it's right across the street from BeB. But if you walk another six minutes east, the Holiday Inn Express is better. For same rate, you get a kitchenette and the bedroom is separate, plus it wouldn't be as noisy as the other hotel, imo. It's more modern too and right by an IGA. |
