Answer to your question is easy.... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Up and coming djs won't attract big crowds, hence won't generate big cash for clubs. Although I do agree with the fact that up and coming djs, new fresh names can be booked alongside big names to provide some nice variety to the scene. |

That was exactly my point. In toronto there is a bigger chance of breaking even with smaller up-and-coming dj's compared to Montreal.
Last time someone booked an upandcoming dj was Beb 2 years ago and they booked nic Fanciulli ... IN THE WRONG ROOM !!! |

You really shouldn't bitch though because House heads are ing spoiled with the SICKEST bookings ALL year long...I can't even keep up anymore with all the amazing House events we've been getting in the city.
Trance heads on the other hand get a solid Trance line-up only once or twice a year at big massives like BeB. The rest of the year we're pretty much forgotten. =/ |

| If Sean Tyas would come to Resolution, or BEB i think I would probably delete every single Sean Tyas song and remix after I attend one of those parties, cause I think that will be the point where I will get enough of Sean Tyas for my life.... Every single one of his productions and remixes have the same annoying background that can not be tolerated more then a few times a night.... |
