Not a huge fan of the strobe, but lasers do indeed own. Smoke machines suck, hazers are far superior and give the same effect of seeing the light beams through them without making you want to choke.

Get those huge ing air compression machines that shoot those enormous geysers of air from the ceiling STRAIGHT down really fast. Those things Maher was talking about, especially useful when everyone is sweating balls, instant cool off. (Or heart attack for the grannies on pills)

The way I see it is that smoke is used by promoters to give an impression that their club is full... once its packed, the smoke machine is barely used ;)
