Did you initiate the TA breakdown so that you could formulate an excellently crafted post in the meantime? |

Well, you make a fair few point5
The key point isn't that he said yes to remixing Finished Symphony, but that he didn't put everything into it. If at all it needs to be remixed, it deserves that much. |

Question isn't which, but how. |

Question isn't which, but how. | what do you mean? that he should use more elements of the original, like how many original pieces. i dont, it seems like a big deal over nothing that really matters at all. in the end, he is the artist/remixer, so its his decision. |

I would agree with you, except contend that the melody is an element you probably should include. Or you know, anything whatsoever that resembles the original song. Honestly, I have no idea how he could defend that this is actually a remix of finished symphony, I see no resembelance whatsoever. |

As I said, it doesnt matter WHICH elements he uses, but HOW he uses them. This is a crappy ping pong bass version of Finished Symphony with hardly any resemblance to a true classic. |

If it's a track, it's a track. Still it doesn't ruin the original, which you can still listen to... altho maybe the moron dj's who play at the events you go to and decide to spin the remix instead of the original, kinda ruin it.
I'm saying this without even listening to the sample of this remix.. I'm trusting you guys that it's not worth it, and keeping my ears sane. :p |
