There will always be people out there who are not into your sound, as long as you're making music , the critics won't be far behind. I'm happy with your success and wish you the best of luck with your future projects. There were two producers that I kept in touch with a couple of years back when they were new to the scene, and they had plenty of TAs flaming on them even though the majority of us thought they were talented.
The two producers I speak of are Hydroid and Elevation, even though I don't see them posting on TA anymore, I sincerely hope you stick around. :) Don't take the criticism too personally. The majority of the old school TAs are known for well constructed criticism. A couple of years back, Dave Dresden took the comments to the heart and let's just say the thread went down as one of the funniest TA threads in years. Then he went on rambling about how much better he was than us and how much money he was worth and blah blah blah. Please don't fall into that pit. |

back to my original point, you don't produce minimal or techno, so why claim you do? I'll admit I liked faxing berlin, but everything else you've released is dross. And the "they asked me to do it" answer is lame as , they may have done, but you had no need to submit such a half arsed butchering. And in case you hadn't noticed, people will buy anything thats been played by horse trance DJ's/ on their horse radio shows/ in their beatport chart. Just look at Dubfire. |
