some of the picks are just default picks because the divisions are going to suck. i think the NL Central is horrible and i don't care much for the AL West, so that's how i picked the cubs and angels (although the angels have a good team). i like the moves that the tigers and mets made in the offseason and think they stand out in their respected divisions. yanks and red sox....with the money they spend they should win. i liked arizona last year and think they got better by adding haren to their rotation. i think a change of scenery for torre out in LA will help him and the dodgers. i know i didn't really go out on a limb on the picks but you can see my reasoning behind most of them.

nah... I like the call... Rockies got tons of O... but how'd they make it to the WS? Yeah they got lucky, not gonna get lucky again... D'Backs are definately not going to do what they did again... if they do... then I don't like it...lol...

I like Dodgers winning the west... plus... they got Nomah... Nomah needs a ring g dammit!

Seriously dude, your by far the worst kind of "fan." You root for whomever is the hot team or the new favorite. Tigers to Red Sux to Mets. One day you say "go pats" and the very next day you crow about the Giants victory. All your sports opinions therefore become moot. Your credibility is GONE. Front runners suck. I don't care if you root for the cowgirls, Red sux, Cheatriots, fakers, USC, and Dook(ie). At least stick to them.

My only comment about Torre is that Dodgers fan should get their arms ready for the bullpen, they'll be needed by midseason. I feel sorry for the Ass Doctor Scott Proctor, my arm hurts now thinking about his eventual usage....just when he thought he was getting away.

I think the Red Sux will go through a mess of injuries. It's reverse karma from barely having any last year. We are already seeing this with Shelling and Beckett.

CC Sabathia is gonna look sweet in a Yankees uni next year. Don't throw too many innings buddy...

I think the Rockies are a one-hit wonder. And the Diamondbacks were extreeeeeeeeeeeemely lucky last year. They gave up more runs than they allowed. That's not good. At all.

I basically picked the Dodgers because:

A) That's a pretty solid division, so the teams are just gonna beat up on each other.

B) I'm not sold on any other team in the West.

Cowboys since the early 90's (last championship 1995)
Habs since the early 90's (last championship 1993)
Mets since early 2000's (last championship 1986)
Mavs since Dirk is there (never won a championship)
Hamburger SV since born in 1981 (last championship 1983)

so don't call me a frontrunner. I routed for the Tigers because they faced the Yankees... I route for the Mets and the team that plays the Yankees alright?

When did I route for the Sox??? :conf:

I routed temporarily for the Pats in the Super Bowl because I'm jinxed... at it worked.

btw why do you route for Manchester United and not for a team with lesser success? :tongue2

You clearly don't get the point. You freaking change teams from one season to another. This has been pointed out countless times by everyone. It's not about liking "lesser" teams. Just stick to one team good and bad.

I like Man U because I used to hate soccer. I moved to Thailand in 2002 and my Thai girlfriend at the time was a huge Man U supporter. Eventually I started to love the sport as I watched it more. Plus, there is nothing else on TV there, you have to like it. Plus I loved Ruud Van Nistelroy. So it just made it easier to like Man U and keep her happy. Once I liked them though, I WILL NEVER CHANGE TO ANOTHER TEAM! End of story!

when did I changed my teams???

I like the Cowboys since I've been interested in Football.

I like the Habs since I've been interested in Hockey.

I like the Mavs since Dirk got there.

I like the Mets sind I've been interestes in Baseball.

I like Hamburger SV because I live in Hamburg.

Aren't I'm aloud to cheer for the Tigers (or this years Indians) when they play the Yankees??? Aren't I'm allowed to cheer for the teams that play against Toronto Maple Leafs, Philadelphia Eagles, Bayern Munich because I hate these teams???

And don't tell me bandwagoner or frontrunner... the Cowboys, Habs, Mavs or Mets disappoint me every year. I'm sure you heard about that field goal in Seattle, or the September-collapse of the Mets, the Mavs-loss against the Warriors?

And a Yankees-fan from California? Now THAT is what I would call a frontrunner...

You put your own foot in your mouth on this one. If you have live in the same state as the teams you root for, then you can't like ANY American team. For starters, I'm not FROM California, I live in California. I'm from Oregon. Where there is no team. My dad was a Yankees fan back in the 50's with Mickey Mantle. When I was like 6 months old, I was wearing all Yankees gear. Therefore, it's almost automatic that a kid will like the same team as his dad. I started to follow baseball in 1984, when I was 8 years old. I saw Don Mattingly win the batting title that year. The Yankees didn't make the playoffs until my sophmore year in college, 1995. I said countless times, you can like winning teams, just don't change them.

To say you were rooting for the Pats as a jinx is a FLAT OUT LIE. To tell me otherwise is bull . Just a tidbit, ALL of us think you are a bandwagoner. Hence....the nickname bandwagonabyebye. Nice try though, come back later with some better takes.

You had a Tigers avatar for like 6 months. So you had that as a way to root against the Yankees? mmmm k. Now it's Mets mets mets mets.

why no mention of the Rams and Blazers? They aren't front runner enough to make your point? Carry on
