| Most guys bitch about buying a ring, as evidenced here, but I think when it comes down to it, a lot of them don't want to be putting a small ring on their woman's finger. She's gonna show it to every last person she knows and people will then associate him with a small ring. Guys are bigger egoists than they are cheapskates, most of em anyways. |

what if your the type of person that cannot wear anything on yourself.. I wore watches before and everyone I had annoyed me too much,, any type of bands piss me right off.
the only advantage for a guy to wear a ring is to make the other women think ur taken and therefore cheating whore ex-wives throw themself at u. |

lol I'm no ing idiot. I know that the ring is bragging rights basically. The point was, I don't really care if people think I was a "cheapskate" for not spending $93483287509 on a ring. As long as she is happy, that is all I care about. And I already know that I'll be spending a good amount. Not because I have some stupid ego bull, but I find that it is a good token of how much I love her and that it will remind her of this every day. |
