I can be friends with either sex, however since I don't like football (soccer) initially it is difficult to get a conversation going with the typical bloke in the uk.
Once I've discovered a common ground, no worries.
So I find it easier to be mates with women, but my best pals are always male. |

So people's social experiences in the real world can be measured by how many people they've met via the internet these days? |
Not by any means. Just that it isn't surprising that he hasn't met any European since he hasn't met any TAs. I think it is probably suffice to say that TAs are infinitely more accessible than European women in the US. |

I have a 100% platonic best friend of 11 years.
We met when she was dating my brother, and completely view eachother as brother and sister, nawt sexual about it at all. |
She dated your brother! It damn well better be platonic.

Anyone who posts frequently on this forum is a nerd. |

Depends on how much they read I guess.
You get one unit of nerdiness for every five minutes spent reading, and three units of nerdiness for every five minutes spent posting.
Also, getting in a long argument (at least twenty posts made in one thread) is worth like five hundred nerd points at least. |
