I generally can't stand girls under 23. They are some of the most annoying out there. I prefer my chick to be a few years older. It just works for me. |
I never really cared about age: I've seen really mature girls in their late teens, and empty-headed women in their late twenties. I believe people change, but I can't help thinking that "maturity" is just ageism in disguise, and the tendency of some people to get boring as they age. |

thanks:D
and yea i agree lira, it just depends though. i have definitely been around some super obnoxious 30 something year olds and thought "wtf, grow up".
but for the most part, i think the 18-23 year olds are (generally speaking) pretty annoying like how jay & ben describe. bunch of little wannabe socialites walking around thinking they are so mature. |

I disagree. Maturity can generally be inferred by age. It isn't because of age directly, but it reflects the things that you experience as you do get older. That isn't to say that someone couldn't have experience most of what we are referring to at a young age, but it is generally not the case. |

you learn through living and knowledge equips you with the ability to better assess situations. Maturity is not just how one acts, but how one uses the mistakes of youth to further themselves. Even "boring" young people are not mature in this sense no matter how they may act. They will always grow more mature with experience.
and knowing is half the battle.

| Speaking of aging...my new student card is horrible. The lighting is really dark and I look really old, lol. Like someone's mom old. Now I know what I'll look like in my 40's, lol. |
