Goddammit Lira. That's why I said "looking at ONE'S ABILITY" to use those skills. I think you can definitely quantify it to an extent. |
I understand what you said, and I think that looking at one's ability, you may indeed see whether or not a person is inclined to making the correct decisions and whatnot (though this is seriously a hard thing to do). However, I'm a sceptic when it comes to relating this ability with age. |

How is it not something that comes with age? You can't be so abstract in dealing with people. |
Why can't I? If I see no good reason to hold that belief, why should I insist on relating age with this discussion? |

i didn't mean you necessarily.
a safety net is the ability to make mistakes and have your parents clean it up. ($$$ and so on).
you can be young and mature and make mistakes, but later on in life you need to learn from the past ones to not make them especially if you have no one left to clean them up.
this isn't how i wanted to explain this, so it has logical fallacies but maybe you can get my drift. I take sleepy piils:p |

Lol, I was a bit of a dick with my first credit card. I was 19 and had just got to the UK. I opened a bank account at Barclays and the lady just asked me if I wanted a credit card. I was like "Uhh... sure, why not?" A week later it was mailed to me, with a 2000 pound limit.
I didn't use it at all for about 7 or 8 months, then in the summer of 2000 I went to Ibiza....

my ex bf whom i was with for 3 years went to univ. of minnesota and chiro school and is a "successful" chiropractor with his own practice and drives the new jaguar coupe, wears versace shirts, etc... and he drinks and drives all the time.
in fact, he killed 2 people in an accident and his trial was just last month. he got 30 days in jail and probation lol he is already out of jail and is appealing his sentence.
he's had DUIs and in the past too...he doesn't learn and doesn't care. he just wants to be cool and party and drive around in his car. he's 33 and still acts like a college frat boy. lol | and this is what you look for in a man slylee? |
