i was thurrrrrr. my aunt's roof was half removed by high winds, but the house was a piece of crap. live in a concrete-block home (not that particle board bull) with a hurricane-rated roof and windows, optional shutters, and with the structure built well above flood level (fema.gov has maps of flood zones), your chances of surviving a hurricane greatly improve. the worst problem we've had in 30+ years is lack of power for about a week. generators ftw. |

I remember my father moving his car to an area where there were no trees, just in case one fell. He moved the car, and a stubborn tree flew about 200 feet and damaged it pretty good.

it's so funny how women are taking on that role that only men used to dominate (being pervs going after young meat). lol
i wonder why that is. maybe women do it so they can feel younger or something? that's the only thing i can think of.
i mean when men do it, it's because of the whole innocent thing and so they can feel powerful/dominant. you think it's the same for women? |

I'm not a square by any means, but I can't help shaking my head in disgust when I see that glamourized on TV now... with Desperate Housewives, Sex and the City, and this new show coming out called Cougar Town with Courtney Cox.
There have got to be several reasons... I can tell you in the case of that bitch Stephanie Ragusa, she was a total loser in high school and got NO attention from guys. So I guess once she became a teacher in a position of authority, she saw her chance to exert some control and make up for missed out on experiences. |

yea i was thinking that too after i posted. probably the women just want attention because they aren't getting it at home or didn't get it in the past.
to be honest though, and not to sound all feminist, but you men totally started that and i guess women are just fed up with men getting older and perverted and wanting younger chicks because it makes you feel cool, so now we're trying to show we can do it too lol |
