Can you prove this at all? Al-Qaeda's intent was to kill civilians, and civilians died. America's intent is to destroy military(Al-Qaeda) targets/personnel and they do that, occaisionally, by accident, civilians die. Can you see the difference?

That's why it can't end until they find bin laden and eliminate all terrorist cells. It can be done if there is patience.
How about you refresh us on what was going on, and what could have been possible pointers that the American public could have picked up, that Al-Qaeda were going to ram two aircraft into the WTC. You took tiesto14's statements out of context and into a broader scale, now bring em back into line and prove they were going to be attacked.

More damage has been done to military targets/personnel than innocent civilians. In fact I believe Australian SASR troops have killed 300+ al-qaeda soldiers without a single fatality against us. I think we lead the kill count of the ground forces. Why? Because our troops are the best trained in the world. Proven in folklore as far back as Gallipoli and recently Kosovo, East Timor and now Afghanistan.
Oh you are just so blase in your thinking. Please, enclose further strategies in finding bin laden, then muster up some courage to actually carry out the act, then come back telling us how easy it is.

-civilian casualties = bad, but unavoidable.
-Israel and Palestine are likely to continue screwing each other until there is nothing left.
-Everyone is quite happy to bag america for what it's doing, but I don't think they or their country could do a better job.

well excuuuuse us for not wanting to send our soldiers off to die 52 years ago during the second world war. guess what...it wasnt our war to fight. we bailed out europe's ass 20 something years earlier and didnt want to do it again. if you havent realized yet by our history of not fighting til we have to...we dont really like it.
you dont like that we get into other business. being the wealthiest country in the world kinda gives one a moral obligation to try to help others. id like to hear what youd say if the US stopped "butting in" and just let the rest of the world rot. hell, im all for it. we've got plenty of homeland problems that we could be spending billions of dollars a year on instead of assiting other countries. |

that's just stupid man. First, you have like 10 times the population that we do, and the US government just happens to choose to spend Billions and Billions on War and Killing, where our government spends money on other things like free health care. Frankly, you guys do have an impressive army, but you know what? Canada doesn't need an army that size.
Why? No one attacks Canada. Why? They have no reason to. So obviously we're doing something right.
You shouldn't be bashing our country because, after all, we are volunteering our help for your cause. Technically, we really shouldn't give a , but we do. Our little army is actually fighting alongside yours, AND during the 9/11 crisis, US airplanes landed on OUR airports, and OUR people came out and volunteered aid and support for YOUR civilians. We do not hate the american people, most of us are just critical of your government's actions in foreign countries.

Oh, and about the health insurance thing, read my first paragraph. :P Maybe instead of a $300,000 "smart"-missle, one of the hundred thousand that's been dropped on Afghanistan, the US government should give it to a hospital or something.
