First of all thank you to take on this responsibility to create cover image for our TA Album. As far as this picture - it is really impressive, well done man.
Now lets talk about direction for you?, please look at this art:

and let me know what do you think. We can definitely change the color scheme but should be funny with good message behind "We are coming".
Title: I think we should try to go with TA Album (with swampers permission) and our/artist names and songs titles all over this art.
This is only my proposal to generate some more ideas guys.
Cheers. |

I think that's a great direction to go in Darek. It's an eyecatching image that's abstract enough to work perfectly on a collaborative album and still have a distinct personality.
perhaps the artwork should have a re-usable visual cue other than the TA logo, something that can appear on each piece of artwork as we complete more albums in the future.
Assuming we get the permission of TA to use the name and logo!
Many thanks for the kind offer of artwork Kysora, you have a major talent there! :toocool: |

Can that image be used? It maybe someone else's property. And also, one of you guys need to contact Swamper for the permission to use TA on this album.
That image is cool though, very thought provoking. |

Hmm.. yeah something like that might work.
So we want to stick with the TA tag? I was thinking maybe coming up a collaborative title rather than just calling it "TA Album" would be better.. forgive the mention of Tiesto but stuff like ISOS and Magik is identifiably his but retains something more creative than calling it what it is.
Also, pasting a ton of artist names and songs on the front cover would be way too much, I'll do a front and back for that purpose.
I completely agree with tehlord, though, a reusable TA logo might be useful. I'll work on that first, if anyone has any real objections to giving this album and albums in the future an actual title rather than just calling it "TA Album", then by all means we can do that.. just throwing out suggestions here.
I'll get to work on a few TA logos now. |

Maybe, don't know - suppose to be only an idea, but we can check:
I pull this from HANDS and this site said that "© All Images are property of their respective owners. Our website consists only free public domain photos. Unless something is clearly marked as being copyrighted, you can assume it is free to use. But if you intend to use an image you find here for commercial use, be aware that standards for such use are higher."
At last we have an idea for Kysora.

+1
You may laugh but i've just binned what was going to be my TA entry as it just wasn't working out for me
After several more abortive attempts last night I finally got something I was happy with and have rendered the first unmixed version for your enjoyement! :D
It's just a sketch at the moment.

Sounds like a nice foundation! Looking forward to the final product.
BTW, what's the story regarding two seperate albums? Or is it going to be one album with multiple genres? |

Cheers Owsey mate :)
I made a post in the last page I think saying it's probably a good idea to extend the deadline for a second ambient/chillout album. There are tracks (yours is a prime candidate) that warrants a seperate arena and I don't particularly want such quality work lost in another album.
What do you feel about that? |

Thanks! I'm fine with anything. Two seperate albums would probably work better anyway.
Can the same person contribute to both albums? I also have a Prog Trance track that I would like to submit, but at the same time I don't want to be greedy :p |

you can make up for the slot I WON'T be taking up in the chillout album.
