This is a great idea MrJiveBoJingles, we can do more than one (trance/ chillout/ambiant/.......) compilation.
I'm more interested in how we can do this and not in why this my not work or how hard this my be, guys.

It doesn't have to be mixed, but I think arrangement would have to be crazy good.
I still think it should be just trance and all it's sub genres... I know not everyone makes it anymore, but we'd have to be very selective. |

Unite was never about being "dance music" - I accepted pretty much everything that got sent to me. It's just that nobody used to send me ambient/whatever back then.
I just wish that whoever does this wouldn't make it an "Unite" seeing that's sort of my thing. |

Well then try to take the word "album" out of the equation. You have to think of it more as a loose compilation instead of an album. |

That's fine with me. Personally, I still think a single unmixed compilation would be best for this new project anyway, but some apparently want a DJ mix. |

| I think mix is better than compilation, a collection tracks is easy to assemble, mix is more exclusive and interesting. |
