I do eat chicken and turkey - sometimes.

I don't really eat red meat either. I stopped liking the taste of it about 3 years ago. I'll have the occasional meatball sandwich from Quiznos or meatballs in tomato sauce with my pasta.

I love chicken breast, turkey and fish / sea food. Yum. =)

I know exactly which cheese you're talking about. It's delicious on a veggie burger.

Oh my.. that sounds absolutely delicious.. But I'm entirely incapable of stomaching anything in the morning other than my tea or coffee. =/

Haha, yeah, I don't always eat breakfast. I'm sometimes bad and skip it. :o

I actually found a nice energy supplement called Zipfizz (interesting name, no? :p) Just add to water, it's fizzy, sweet, and gives you lots of energy. I don't crash on this stuff either. However, it probably doesn't have as much caffine as your body is used to.

Edit: Btw, it's all natural. No bull added.

Oh nice. I could use some of that. Thanks. :)
Where can I get my hands on this good juju? Health food stores?

People with gluten intolerance, how did you first notice this? What were your symptoms?? My girlfriend went to the doctor and he said she had the irritable bowel syndrome, but hasn't even expected gluten intolerance. She started feeling this way maybe when she was 18-19 years old...

Sams carries it. I'm sure you could probably find it in most supermarkets, maybe Kroger or something. A lot of the supermarkets only carry orange or grape, so if you want something different you'll probably have to order it online. I've only tried the orange, but I want to try the rest!

Sweet.. I'll probably be more than content with the orange flava, it's my second favorite. Mango being my first. =)

It's got a ton of vitamins, including 41000% (yes, that's 41 thousand percent) of your recommended daily Vitamin B12. So it keeps you focused and sharp all day as well.

I learned a lot about what goes in my body by doing the diet that I'm on, the Engine2 diet. The guy's a total douchebag, but made a name for himself by being an All-American swimmer for the University of Texas and a champion triathlete after college. He then became a firefighter and practically halved his whole station's cholesterol by having them eat a plant-based diet. Now he's famous across the country for this freaking book, and all it does is tell you to eat vegan and quit using so much oil, salt, and sugar. Hell of a business model :wtf:

I'll admit, it rocks. I feel great and the weight has been melting off. It's ridiculously easy if you have any kind of self-control and willingness to do it. Buy the book, it has tons of great recipes.

(I was gonna 'try' not eating meat but I had a tuna subway lunch.)

This I will try to do.
Beef is what pretty much grosses me out...

A vegatarian friend of mine was telling me how long meat product
stays in the gut and rots.
Confirm or deny?

my best friend has this and it started with really bad stomach cramps that were intolerably painful. i think she was in her early 20s when she finally found out what it was but the problems started when she was about 18. she's much better now that she doesn't eat gluten.
