Sarah, my night does not compare to yours.

Hope Chloe gets better soon.

In reality, it was really only one chick. The latina looking chick was running the whole show and was completely overwhelmed while the little asian chick just stood there and held the tickets for her, not knowing how to do anything herself. Pathetic. I really am baffled as to what possessed people to still tip them when coat check was free, especially dropping $20's.

Who dropped a 20? Damn...and thankfully I didn't have coat check issues other than waiting in line a crazy amount of time but I just chatted up a Montrealer and kept busy that way. ;)

I waited outdoors with the France frenchies (they weren't from Montreal) and ready to riot as it was in the nature to be hostile for what they went through.

lol!

:stongue: :stongue: Oh man... way too much vodka consumed in a 45 minute time span.

that was the best decision we've made all night, if it wasn't for the music i'd definitely consider staying there until close lol
Special K
I suddenly don't feel so bad for not being able to make this anymore.

Wow.

Moreso then anything else though it seems like Maison dropped the ball on this one by overselling the party. ty for all those that had tickets and had to wait in line for hours while other schmucks without tickets just greased their way in. Totally unacceptable.

It does however sound like the venue (if they get their together) has some potential to be a good mid-ranged size venue which imo the city is lacking right now.

As for Villalobos ... hopefully he comes back to TO. And to add to that, why in the has Luciano not played here yet? Unlike Ricardo, he at least seems to come to North America a couple of times a year.

ps. i'd kill to be able to go to something like this
