There isnt a single DJ there that I would say I have to see at WEMF. The locals would be the reason I would go but I can see them at FW/Guv/Zone for under $20.
Im really disappointed because in 2008 I had such an amazing time.

The only DJ there that I could honestly say I would want to see at WEMF is Mark EG. I wouldn't mind seeing Infected Mushroom at an outdoor event but I could live without it.

A regular night at Footwork/Guv/CZ isn't exactly comparable to this...
I'm pretty disappointed by the lineup too, but I don't exactly go to WEMF to see some DJs that I'll never see anywhere else, its for the overall experience. And unless you're hurting for cash, then why not?
Honestly I'd rather it were just half the price with half the headliners though...

Haha - almost but not quite. Full rig runs about $50,000. And that is just 1 of 4 stages we are doing this year. Also erxpect about 10 community stages. May be a bit hard to see in this pic but there is front and rear screens with the front ones letting a portion of the light through. This creates a 3D effect on the visuals without needing glasses!
I love having TA feedback on what we do - definitely keeps me humble!

Would have been nice to have some more tech-house but i think that line up is pretty stellar. There's a little something for everyone and some of those DJ's are HUGE right now.
Should be pretty interesting to see the hipster set that makes it out. I for one am looking forward to it. :)
