The WEMF with Johan headlining was indeed 2004, it was in my home town too, Collingwood/Wasaga Beach...
Gods that was a ing amazing WEMF... Johan's set that night had made him like my favourite DJ for years to come.... he blew the roof off that hanger! Had teh crowd by the balls!
MAN i love reminiscing abt WEMF past............ I need more future ones in my life!

well i do know that DAVE the Drummer did retire. however i would definitely bet that if destiny called him for a WEMF return he might think otherwise. Liberator and Dave the Drummer are definitely the first 2 names of DJs that come to mind when i think about WEMF. and yes johan definitely blew the hanger apart in 2004. Summer 2011 cannot get here soon enough!! im so excited to hear where the location will be!!

I have been going to WEMF since 1999 out in Wasaga Beach and only missed a few. I hope it is close like in Welland or Tweed again :)
