Got there at 11 and cops had shut down the club due to "gross over-selling the event". We couldn't even get passed the cops that created a perimeter around the club. Hundreds of ppl were leaving and walking up to queen st to find a cab. We found one eventually and left.
I did however, get a text from my friend at 1:30am saying that she got in... not sure what happened there!?

People that ran this party are the reason why we as operators are treated the way we are.
Total lack of respect for people.
I was personally out there from 9:30pm-11:15pm - JUST CHAOS. I called it at 10:15, it was just a matter of time. I think the police were right in shutting down the party. |
