Derozan had the best ones IMO.
Edit: except for griffin's elbow one. That was absurd. |
Nah man. That elbow dunk was just a variation of Vince Carters dunk from 2001.
Derozan and McGee should've been going at it in the finals. |

| I agree with Derozan that props should not be allowed...it cheapens the event even more. |

lol at ESPN.
they scheduled the Lakers-Blazers game as part of the doubleheader a couple of months back for tonight, then a couple of weeks ago went with all the hype and replaced the Lakers game with Clippers-Hornets game.
way to go ESPN.

| Why is nobody talking about the Deron Williams to the Nets trade? Prokorov played the Knicks like a bunch of amateur school girls and ended up getting a better player for less. Too bad Jersey still sucks, but at least they're getting on the right track. |

I mentioned it.
Deron Williams is possibly the best point guard in the league and he makes any team better. That being said, nobody knows if he will re-sign with the Nets after his contract is up. That, in itself, is a risk. A risk I would take, however. |

Prokorov ain't play on dick, sounds like this is coming from a bitter new jersey nets fan who's going to be 100x more bitter when the nets move to brooklyn.
And to think acquiring Deron without an extension is a smart move? Look don't be mad when Deron and CP3 want to come to the garden because of melo, stat, and chauncey.
And more so, what if Rose decides to leave chicago because Boozer/Noah isn't the best 'star power' in the league. Granted they have their own major city right now so I recognize all they are doing (including rose) over there.
If you also want to think Chauncey is past his prime then keep thinking that but I tell you this now, once Chauncey and Amare work enough minutes together, that pick and roll combo with the melo option will work wonders on any defense out there. Last resort, Chauncey breaking backs from behind the arc.
As much as I've been excited about Melo, I kept extremely quiet about how much I wanted Chauncey. He's going to fit in real nice and I expect him to be well received in such a large metropolitan city.
The garden is rocking, prudential center not so much. |

Gerald Wallace is now a Blazer.
And now:
"Just before Thursday's 3 p.m. ET trade deadline, the Boston Celtics agreed to ship center Kendrick Perkins and guard Nate Robinson to the Oklahoma City Thunder for swingman Jeff Green and big man Nenad Krstic, two league sources told ESPN.com's Chad Ford on Thursday."

LMAO Boston
What a way to gift wrap Miami and Chicago a direct run to the Finals. You lose 2 legit centers for an undersized power forward and Nenad ing Kristic?! I hear the Boston players are pissed about this deal as well. Terrible way to break up the chemistry that Robinson and Perkins had with the team.
And now Thunder are legit Championship contenders. They desperately need size inside and they got Perkins which will move that beast Ibaka to his natural power forward position. Then you have Mohammad who they got from the Bobcats on the bench. And now a legit scoring punch off the bench with Robinson. They may have the strongest defensive minded starting five in the NBA.
Gonna be some great playoffs. |
