Obviously you had parents/family...because child and protective services exist for the purpose of intervening when a child's basic needs cannot be met/they are at risk of abuse/etc. And that's pretty ty if one hospitalization meant your ing family somehow couldn't take care of you properly.

My mother was dying you dumb bitch. When my mother was taken to the hospital, they didn't know what to do with me at the time and took me to foster care. This started a court hearing for my family to take custody of me in the event that my mother died. I was 8 years old so I don't know the details, but that's what happened.
God you people are ing tools. |

| My sister in law was adopted when she was 5. She is a ing bitch who has an attachment disorder, social anxiety disorder (my opinion- not actually diagnosed), doesn't trust anyone outside her adopted parents who she has an unhealthy clingy relationship with, and holds grudges for years over the slightest thing. Her older brother (who was adopted along with her) tracked down their biological parents a few years ago, and she didn't want to see them (understandable) but hated her brother for finding them. She's a real joy to have in the family. |

Her excuse is that she used to be 8 years old, so things were kept from her. It's clear that things are still being kept from her from that time of her life, so it's obvious her current family doesn't even trust her with the information. I wonder why that might be! |
