Well his comment/assumption about me being the "queen of the castle" in high school hints at him being wronged by the cool girls when he was in high school. I believe that's called displacement. Go on PT, you can take out all your anger and bitterness on me. I don't mind. |

And I was in no way attacking her profession - I was simply trying to sort out how someone who comes across as so utterly caustic and miserable can work in a compassionate field. I mean, I already know the answer - as a kid, I sat in the chair of an orthodontist who by rights shouldn't have been practicing. I've witnessed someone who counselled victims of sexual abuse ask his own granddaughters for inappropriate massages. I'm a shiatsu therapist, yet regularly struggle with the notion of helping others, as I'm still working through a lot of my own issues, mostly involving anger.
I just wanted to see where Miss Pie's self-awareness was at.
She obviously doesn't mind the attention, otherwise, she wouldn't post such attention-grabbing material, right? |
